Matthew Owens

Matthew Owens is a PhD student in Economics at George Mason University. He earned an MA in Economics, and a BS in Economics & Mathematics from George Mason University. He was a PhD Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year, and an Undergraduate Fellow during the 2019-2020 academic year. His research elucidates how different scholars associated with the classical liberal tradition view war and imperialism.
