Seung "Ginny" Choi is an Associate Director of Academic and Student Programs, Senior Fellow with the F. A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, and Senior Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics, and Government at Saint Vincent College and a Co-Director of the McKenna Economic Education Series. She completed her PhD in the Department of Economics at George Mason University, where she was concurrently a Mercatus Center Dissertation Fellow. She received a BA in economics from Emory University and an MA in economics from New York University and has worked as a Research Assistant to Dr. Omar Al-Ubaydli and Dr. Daniel Houser. Ginny has presented papers at the Southern Economic Association and Association of Private Enterprise Educators annual conferences.
