Robert Gmeiner is a PhD student in economics at Florida State University. His primary research interests include public choice, economic development, and institutional economics with secondary interests in international trade and financial economics. He holds a MS in economics from Florida State University as well as a BA in economics and Russian, with high honors, from Wake Forest University. Robert was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith Fellow during the 2016-2017 academic year.
