Rachel Décoste

Director of the Congressional App Challenge, Internet Education Foundation

Rachel Décoste is currently the Director of the Congressional App Challenge at the Internet Education Foundation. She earned an MPA in public administration at The George Washington University. Previously, she worked to deliver IT solutions to public and private sector clients and has published numerous op-eds on Canadian history, immigration policy, diversity, and multiculturalism. Rachel earned her BA in computer science from the University of Guelph. Her research interests include immigration policy, behavioral economics, and state and local policy. Rachel was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow.
