Yuliya Yatsyshina

Yuliya Yatsyshina is a program manager for Academic & Student Programs at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.  Yuliya recently completed an MA in Applied Economics at George Mason University where she was a Mercatus Center MA fellow. She has an extensive career in both the public and private sectors. Yuliya holds an MBA and earned her B.S. in Economics from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Information Systems. Her research interests include constitutional economics, international development, as well as public health and education policy.
