Yahya Alshamy

Yahya Alshamy is a PhD student in Economics at George Mason University. He earned an MA and a BS in Economics from George Mason University. He was a PhD Fellow during the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, and 2022-2023 academic years, and an Undergraduate Fellow during the 2018-2019 academic year. His research interests include the political economy of post-war reconstruction and international development, and the political economy of peace-building.
