William Rinehart is an MS student in applied economics at Johns Hopkins University and Director of Technology and Innovation at American Action Forum. He earned an MA in communication at the University of Illinois-Chicago, and a BA in political science at the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign. His research interests include behavioral economics, constitutional political economy, experimental economics, financial markets, institutional analysis, monetary policy, public choice theory, public policy, regulatory analysis, state and local policy, and technology policy.
