Vlad Tarko
Vlad Tarko is assistant professor of economics at Dickinson College. He earned his PhD in economics from George Mason University, an MS in physics from the University of Bucharest, Romania and a BS in physics from Hyperion University, Romania. He worked for several years for the Center for Institutional Analysis and Development (CADI) in Bucharest. His main research interests are institutional theory, comparative economic systems and the normative interface between political economy and social philosophy. While pursuing his PhD in economics at George Mason University, he was a Mercatus Center PhD Fellow.
