Tom Hanna

Tom Hanna is a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Houston. He earned an MA and a BS in Political Science from the University of Houston. He was an Oskar Morgenstern Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. His research examines autocracy promotion and the active promotion of autocracy by nondemocracies outside their own country as signaling to domestic supporters and opposition groups.
