Terrence Mullan

Terrence Mullan earned his MA at the George Mason University School of Public Policy. He is currently the program coordinator for International Institutions and Global Governance at the Council on Foreign Relations. He was previously the manager of the president’s office and executive assistant to the president/CEO of Distilled Spirits Council of the United States. Terrence also worked for the Office of Senator Roland W. Burris as a legislative aid and for the office of Senator Paul G. Kirk, Jr. as a legislative correspondent.  He earned his BBA in international business and business economics and public policy from George Washington University. Terrence was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow.
