Teodora Nichita

PhD Student, University of Bucharest, Adam Smith Fellow

Teodora Nichita is a PhD student in Law at the University of Bucharest. She earned an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Bucharest and a BA in Politics & Eastern European Studies from the University College London. She was a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year and an Adam Smith Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. Her research interests include the moral foundations of guilt as a fundamental concept in legal philosophy and jurisprudence.
