Siobhan Kerr earned her PhD in public policy at University of Maryland College Park, where she also works as a graduate assistant. Siobhan earned her MPP in environmental policy and international economic relations from Wilfrid Laurier University and her BA in political science, English, and literature from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Her research interests include behavioral economics, development, environmental/energy policy, experimental economics, institutional analysis, international trade, public choice, public policy, and state and local policy. She was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2015-2016 and 2018-2019 academic years.
