Shanna Phillips is a PhD student in political economics at the University of California, Irvine. Her research interests include the relationship between global production networks and patterns of conflict and cooperation, in particular, U.S.- China relations and the role of domestic political economies on international political economies. Shanna earned an MA in philosophy, political science & economics and a BA in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
