Sarah Gustafson

Sarah Gustafson is a PhD student in government at Harvard University. Her research interests include the work of Alexis de Tocqueville, the discontents of the Enlightenment following the French Revolution, religion in political theory/political philosophy, and other topics in the history of political thought. Sarah earned an MA in history of political thought from Queen Mary University of London and University College London and a BA in history and French from Davidson College. She was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2017-2018 academic year.
