Sabine Parrish is a DPhil student in anthropology at the University of Oxford. Her dissertation aims to understand how coffee's historic centricity to Brazilian development and the nation's trade policies surrounding the importation of green coffee impact how specialty coffee drinkers relate to the product they consume. Sabine earned an MPhil in social anthropology from the University of Oxford and a BA in sociocultural anthropology from the University of Washington.
