Ryan Oprea is a associate professor of economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Ryan uses experimental economics to study strategic dynamics, individual learning and adaptation and market equilibration processes.  He received his PhD in economics from George Mason University in 2006 and was a Mercatus Center PhD Fellow.
