Robert Gabriel Ciobanu

Robert Gabriel Ciobanu is a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Bucharest. He earned an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and a BA in Political Science from the University of Bucharest. He was a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2020-2021 academic year, a Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2021-2022 academic year, and an Adam Smith Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. His research brings together David Mitrany’s functional approach and Elinor and Vincent Ostrom’s polycentric approach to study international cooperation between state and private agents.
