Robert Ciobanu
Robert Ciobanu is a PhD student in political science at the University of Bucharest. His research interests focus on the reconstruction of David Mitrany’s functional theory of international governance from an institutional perspective, with a particular emphasis on its polycentric dimension and its application to the governance of natural resources at the international level. Robert earned an MA in philosophy, politics & economics and a BA in political science from the University of Bucharest. He was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie fellow during the spring 2021 semester.
