Ricardo Bello Gomez is a PhD student in public affairs at Indiana University, Bloomington. His research interests include the capacity, role and quality of government, and of governance systems more generally. His dissertation deals with the institutional, organizational and managerial factors affecting intergovernmental relations in Colombia using several approaches from macro-level institutional analysis to micro-level behavioral experiments. Ricardo earned an MPA in public policy from Indiana University, Bloomington and a BS in chemical engineering from the National University of Colombia.
