Raul Duarte is a PhD candidate in political economy & government at Harvard University. His research interests include the delivery of public services, corruption, state capacity, social networks, and clientelism in Latin America. Raul earned his MPA in public administration in international development from Harvard University and a BA in economics from Washington University in St. Louis. He was a Mercatus Center Oskar Morgenstern Fellow during the 2021-22 academic year.
