Paloma Cuello is a PhD student in anthropology at Texas A&M University. Her research interests include the subsistence and mobility patterns of aboriginal Canary Islanders by applying stable isotope analyses of strontium, carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen extracted from archaeologically discovered human bones and teeth. Paloma earned an MA in applied anthropology from Humboldt State University, California and a BA in anthropology and religious studies from the University of California, San Diego.
