Nicole Fisher

Nicole Fisher is a PhD student in health policy and management at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is the principal and founder of HHR Strategies. Nicole earned an MPP in public policy from University of Chicago in 2008 and a BA in biology and psychology from University of Missouri in 2004. She was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow. Nicole’s research interests focus on healthcare policy, and she is currently working on creating a micro-simulation model of the Juvenile Justice System and data collection on women’s health and literacy in developing countries for her dissertation.
