Minh Trinh is a PhD student in political science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His research interests include studying the inner workings of durable authoritarian regimes, the impact of internal misinformation through falsified government statistics, and statistical misreporting on authoritarian governance, as well as the origins of citizens' compliance with authoritarian rule from both instrumental and normative angles. Minh earned a BA in government and an MA in statistics from Harvard University.
