Matt Rosen is a D.Phil. student in philosophy at the University of Oxford. His research interests include normative ethics and meta-ethics, particularly action and intention, second-personal obligation, joint attention and action, and the relationship between ethics and metaphysics. Matt earned a BA in philosophy from Colorado College. He was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie Fellow during the spring 2021 semester.
