Matthew Caulfield is a PhD candidate and Platt Fellow in business ethics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His research focuses on the ethics of corporate secrecy, the role of ethics and institutions in theories of corporate social responsibility, and market ethics. He earned his BS in economics at Wharton, and has previously visited at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University as a PhD scholar in business ethics.
