Matthew (Gah-Kai) Leung

Gah-Kai Leung is a PhD student in Politics & International Studies at the University of Warwick. He earned an MA in Transnational Studies from University College London and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics from the University of Warwick. He was a Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2022-2023 and 2021-2022 academic years. His dissertation considers the normative issues in earthquake and tsunami risk management, with a case study focusing on the Pacific Northwest USA and Canada.
