Matias Petersen

Matias Petersen is a PhD student in political economy at King’s College London. His research focuses on the evolution of voluntary welfare associations, history of economic thought, and philosophy of economics. He holds an MA in political economy, with distinction, from King’s College London, an MA in philosophy from Los Andes University, and a BA in social sciences from Adolfo Ibáñez University. Matias was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2016-2017 academic year.
