Martha Bradley-Dorsey is a PhD student in education policy at the University of Arkansas. Martha is currently a principal research analyst at the Kansas Legislative Research Department. She earned her MPA in public policy and finance and her BS in sociology from Arizona State University. Martha’s research interests include constitutional political economy, institutional analysis, public choice, public policy, state and local policy, and education policy, with particular emphasis on school choice.
