Kurtis Hingl

Kurtis Hingl is a PhD student in Economics at George Mason University. He earned a BA in Economics from Grove City College. He was a PhD Fellow during the 2022-2023 academic year. His research seeks to better understand how different methods and organizations of learning lead to institutional change.
