Oskar Morgenstern Fellow

Khyati Malik is a PhD student in applied economics at The Ohio State University. Her research interests include environmental, energy and regional economics. Specifically, she is interested in analyzing the kind of carbon credits generated by the land managers through land use change and carbon sequestration. Also, she is inclined towards exploring interactions between the changing electricity sector demand-and-supply landscape and thermal electric generator ramping with potential implications for emissions, regulatory compliance, the duck curve, energy storage, and demand response. Khyati earned an MPA in public policy and management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Sciences Po, Paris.
