Karl Grindal is a PhD student in public policy analysis at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Previously Karl earned an MA in public policy at Georgetown University and a BA in government at Wesleyan University. Currently, Karl is the executive director of the Cyber Conflict Studies Association. His research interests include information communications, technology policy, cyber security, incentives associated with internet infrastructure, institutional analysis, public policy, and technology policy. He was a Mercatus Center Bastiat fellow.
