Karen Carducci

PhD Student, Catholic University of America

Karen Carducci is a PhD candidate in Greek and Latin at the Catholic University of America. Her research interests include Greco-Roman precursors to the history of economic thought, ancient views of wealth and value, Roman earth science, language and exemplarity in the Commentaries of Caesar, classical reception, and manuscript studies. She holds an MA in classical studies from Duke University and a BA in classics from the University of Dallas. Karen was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2016-2017 academic year.
