Jozef Kosc

Jozef Kosc is a PhD student in international development at the University of Oxford. His research interests include constitutional political economy, comparative constitutionalism, and new institutional analysis. He holds an MSc with distinction in global governance and diplomacy from the University of Oxford, as well as a BA with honors in history and political science from the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Oxford Union Debating Society and the Oxford University Polo Club. He was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 academic years.
