John Ehrett

John Ehrett currently a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (Judge James C. Ho). He earned his JD at Yale University. He earned his BA from Patrick Henry College in government with a concentration in international politics and policy. John currently serves as features and book reviews editor of the Yale Law Journal and symposium editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, and he previously interned with SCOTUSblog, the Institute for Humane Studies, and the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. His research interests include classical liberalism and the law. John was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow.
