Joao Victor Guedes-Neto is a PhD candidate in political science at the University of Pittsburgh. His research interests include understanding collective action problems and coordination in the context of inter-agency conflicts. Joao earned an MA in public economics, law & politics from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, an MA in public management & society from Federal University of Alfenas and a BA in economics from Federal University of São João del-Rei. He was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie Fellow during the spring 2021 semester.
