Jingying Feng is a PhD student in curriculum & instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research interests include how the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) influences school policies and manages social knowledge globally. Jingying earned an MS in curriculum & instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MA in elementary education from Ningbo University. She was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie Fellow during the spring 2021 semester.
