Jeca Rodríguez Colón is a PhD student in philosophy at the Institute for Doctoral Studies in the Visual Arts. Her research interests include feminist philosophy, aesthetics, comparative educational approaches, and their connection to politics, the body and subjectivity. Jeca earned an MFA in creative practices from the Transart Institute with Plymouth University and a BA in dance and Latin American and Caribbean studies from Hunter College of the City University of New York.
