Jaime Carini pursues dual doctoral degrees as a PhD student in musicology and a DM student in organ performance and literature at Indiana University, Bloomington. Her research interests include the roles of innovation and entrepreneurialism in the organization of music enterprises and their implications for economic, artistic, and expressive freedom. Jaime earned an MM in musicology and an MM in organ performance from the University of Oklahoma as well as a BM in piano performance from the University of Tulsa. She was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2017-2018 academic year.
