Heather Pangle

Heather Pangle is a lecturer in political science at Boston College and a visiting scholar at Harvard University. She also earned her PhD in political science at Boston College. Her research interests include understanding the ways that foreign policy debates and decisions reflect how nations grapple with the relationship between liberty and political rule. Heather earned a BA in political science from Middlebury College. She was a recipient of a 2015-2016 IHS PhD scholarship. Heather was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2017-2018 academic year.
