Heather Bone is a PhD student in economics at the University of Toronto. Heather earned an MA in economics from the University of Toronto and a BA in economics from the University of Waterloo. Her research interests include labor economics, public economics, and law and economics, criminal justice, and welfare policy. Heather was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith Fellow during the 2018-2019 academic year.
