Halima Hima Moussa Dioula is a PhD student in development studies at the University of Cambridge. Her research interests include the determinants of secondary school completion and the its implications for lifetime access to economic opportunities. Halima earned an MPP from Harvard University and a BA in international relations and Africana Studies from Wellesley College. She was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith Fellow during the 2017-2018 academic year.
