Godfreyb Ssekajja is a PhD candidate in public policy at Indiana University, Bloomington. His research interests include the determinants of community-based governance, specifically analyzing the conditions that influence whether local communities create and/or sustain effective institutional mechanisms. Godfreyb earned an MID in human security from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in international relations from Makerere University, Kampala. He was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie Fellow during the spring 2021 semester.
