Glenn Furton

Glenn Furton is a PhD student in agricultural and applied economics at Texas Tech University. His research focuses on comparative institutional analysis of early United States Federalism, and specifically on the differences in institutional arrangements and mechanisms that allowed states and local governments to resist imposing a cartel-based federalism. He holds a BA in business from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Glenn was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 academic years.
