Fungi Musoni is a PhD student in African American & African studies at The Ohio State University. Her research interests include the Rockefeller Foundation's activities at the University College of Rhodesia and Nyasaland (UCRN)/Zimbabwe (1956 and 1985) as a case study to demonstrate the ramifications of US foundations' grants on African higher education. Fungi earned an MA in political science from Georgia State University, an MAT in history from Mercer University and a BA in economic history and Shona from the University of Zimbabwe.
