David Endicott is a PhD student at Indiana University, Bloomington in political science, focusing on comparative politics. He is also in the process of earning an MS in applied statistics also at Indiana University, Bloomington and is currently a consulting associate at Indiana Statistical Consulting Center. David received his MA in political science from the University of Akron and his BA in economics and political science at the University of Memphis. His research interests include political economy, federalism, intergovernmental transfers, Taxation and debt, labor and welfare politics, and South Asian politics. David was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow.
