Dan Gibbs is a PhD student in politics at Princeton University. His research develops game-theoretic models to study policymaking in legislatures and policy implementation in bureaucracies. Dan earned an MA in regional studies, focusing on Russia, Eastern Europe, and central Asia from Harvard University and a BA in political science, economics, Russian, and international studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2019-2020 academic years.
