Connor Grubaugh is a DPhil student in Politics at the University of Oxford. His research examines the concept of hope in the history of liberal political thought from Locke to Rawls. Connor earned a BA in history from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MA in political science from the University of Notre Dame. He was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie Fellow during the spring 2021 semester.
