Cody Hawley

Visiting Instructor, University of South Florida

Cody Hawley is a visiting instructor of communication at the University of South Florida. He earned his PhD in communication at the University of South Florida. His research interests include the intersection of American religion, public deliberation, and community and the interrelationships among these spheres of civic engagement with rhetorical practice and form. Cody earned an MA in communication and a BS in communication from Liberty University. He was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2017-2018 academic year.
