Claire Crawford is a PhD student in political science and international relations at the University of Southern California. Her research interests include perspectives on freedom held by young people of color and their influence on resolving conflict and promoting democracy. Claire earned an MA in conflict resolution from Georgetown University and a BA in international affairs and Africana studies from The George Washington University. She was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith Fellow during the 2019-2020 academic year and a Don Lavoie Fellow during the 2020-2021 academic year.
