Cindy Phillips

Cindy Phillips is a PhD student in philosophy at University of Maryland. Her research interests include logic and feminist philosophy, with a specialization in moral philosophy, political philosophy, and legal philosophy. She was a visiting PhD student at the University of Edinburgh Law School and Australian National University and holds an MA in philosophy from Georgia State University, a BA in philosophy, with highest honors, from State University at Buffalo, and a BA in political science and economics from Ohio State University. Cindy was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2016-2017 academic year.
